107th Annual Creamery Picnic

The Creamery Picnic is Stevensville’s biggest event, and it has something for everyone! Here’s what’s going on in Stevensville August 2nd and 3rd.

CREAMERY PICNIC EVENT SCHEDULE

Wednesday, July 31st

4:00pm New Visiter center Kiosk ribbon cutting at Veterans Park, 100 Main Street
6:00pm Community Garden Party with refreshments – honoring Stevensville’s top citizens, businesses, and organizations. At Bransby Law Firm front lawn, 515 Main St.

Friday, August 2nd

At Lewis & Clark Park

3:00pm Arts, Craft, Food Booths open
4-6pm Music by “Wolf and the Moons”, Lewis & Clark Stage
5-10pm Creamery Picnic Brew Fest
5-8pm Kids Games
7-10pm Family Fun Dance with “Sho-down”, Lewis & Clark Stage

On Main Street

6-9pm First Friday Events – Downtown Stevensville
6:30pm Kiddie Parade, starts at 4th & Main, ends at Lewis & Clark Park

8-11am Fire Department will be on Main St and walking in parade taking donations for MDA

9am-4pm Farmers Market next to Valley Drug on W. 3rd St
11am GRAND PARADE – Line up 9am, 5th & 6th Streets

4:30-7pm Music by “The Timber Rattlers”, Main Street Stage
2-5pm All Valley Firefighter Games, 300 block of Main Street
7:30-10pm Music by “Annalisa Rose”, Main Street Stage

KIDDIE PARADE

A Creamery Picnic tradition, the annual kiddie parade highlights the youth in our community and ends with a ice cream social in Lewis & Clark Park!

GRAND PARADE

On Saturday, Main Street Stevensville becomes the stage for our famous Grand Parade! You can’t miss this.

PANCAKE BREAKFAST

Come down to the Stevensville Masonic Lodge (300 Church Street) for the Creamery Picnic Pancake Breakfast! Admission is $8 for adults and $4 for kids 12 and under. There will be pancakes, eggs, bacon, juice, coffee, milk, and more. Proceeds support “Kindles for Books” reading programs in local schools.

FAMILY FUN AT LEWIS & CLARK PARK

Bounce houses, Bear Mountain Playground and More! The greased pig races will be back, too.

MARKETS & ART SHOWS

Stevensville is open for business! We have plenty of shopping opportunities throughout the event.

Our Downtown businesses will be open with special sales!

The Creamery Picnic Marketplace is a handcrafted vendor fair and art show featuring local and regional artists at Lewis & Clark Park.

Stevensville’s Harvest Valley Farmers Market will be held on Saturday before, during and after the Grand Parade on West Third Street. It’s Local!

BREWFEST

This year’s Creamery Picnic Brew Fest won’t disappoint! Featuring local brews from the Bitterroot & Missoula area’s. Taste while chatting with local beer experts, or roam freely while you grab some grub. (Yes, we have food too!)

FIREFIGHTER GAMES

Watch Stevensville’s bravest compete in a friendly relay of firefighting obstacles in this Downtown Saturday event.

FOOD & EATS

Downtown Stevensville is well known for it’s delicious selection of restaurants. But, if sit-down dining isn’t your thing, then check out the food trucks and booth’s in Lewis & Clark Park. Picnic style – right?
