Stevensville Scarecrow Festival 2019

October 4 - October 12

2019 Scarecrow Festival and Brewfest!

This is a FREE EVENT for the public!  Creative scarecrows made by local businesses, clubs, nonprofits, families, and children (vote for your favorites!), living statues by local nonprofits, Scarecrow BREWFEST with live music, local food, and a good time!

Kids activities: carved/decorated pumpkin contest, straw bale maze, bouncy house, giant slide, horse-drawn wagon rides, and more!

Scarecrow Contest: Business entries are located on Main Street, Nonprofit/Family entries on the Cutoff Road bike path, and Children’s entries on the lawn at the Stevensville Hotel (107 E 3rd St). Voting for People’s Choice Awards begins at 4pm Friday, continues until 3pm Saturday!

Living Statue performers raise funds for local nonprofits 5-8 pm downtown Friday.

ATTENTION:  IN CASE OF RAIN OR HIGH WINDS, BREWFEST AND FOOD COURT WILL MOVE TO THE FAMILY CENTER AT 333 CHARLOS ST. (3 blocks west of Main Street on 4th Street, then 1 block south on the corner of Ravalli and Charlos).

BREWFEST ticket includes a commemorative Scarecrow Brewfest glass (see photo), unlimited samples of 20 craft beers, cider, Freakshow premium wines, and/or local alcohol-free kombucha. Live music by authentic Oktoberfest band 3-5pm, Mudslide Charley from Missoula 5:15-8:00pm. Buy tickets now and save! $25 in advance ($30 at the event). FRIDAY, OCTOBER 4:
4 pm – 9 pm   Scarecrow viewing and voting: Main Street, Cut-Off Rd bike path, Stevensville Hotel
4 pm – 9 pm   First Friday business specials, music, food, festivities on Main Street
4 pm – 9 pm   Free straw bale maze for kids, 407 Main St.
5 pm – 7 pm    Pet Costume Contest, corner of Main and 3rd St.
5 pm – 8 pm   Living statues downtown to raise funds for nonprofits
5 pm – 8 pm   Kids’ carved/decorated pumpkin contest, 212 Main St.
5 pm – 8 pm   Pint Night fundraiser for Stevensville Fire Dept., 114 Main St.

9 am – 3 pm    Scarecrow viewing and voting (viewing continues thru Oct. 12)

10 am – 2 pm  Farmers Market, 3rd & Main St.
11 am – 3 pm   Free bouncy house, 407 Main St.
11 am – 7 pm   Free horse-drawn wagon rides, Main Street
3 pm – 8 pm    Scarecrow Festival BREWFEST with live music, unlimited tastes
of 20 craft beers, cider, premium wines, alcohol-free kombucha.

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 6:
Scarecrow viewing and Straw bale maze all day (Main Street, Cutoff Road bike path, Stevensville Hotel).
4 pm  Straw bale maze closes, 407 Main St.

Scarecrow viewing continues until Saturday, October 12.
